vegan vanilla bean cupcakes
i'm convinced to always make vegan cupcakes they turn out beautiful- and you don't have to wait forever for the butter to be room temperature! can't wait to take a bit of these in a bit and see all the vanilla bits sparkling through the batter!

it's all about the camera
this one was my grandpa's- so it's very special to me. who doesn't love a vintage camera. i really respect/love digital cameras and see the benefit as now people can take pics and snap away and not worry about how many photos they are taking.. around the time when digital was taking over i was still feeling like film was better, except for the price of film. i still admire photographers in times past who were so skilled at using their film cameras. they really had to know their stuff, these days we have large screens to see our image instantly.
